Fadyl Bin Mohd Amin
Managing Director
Fadyl, Managing Director of SecureOne Solutions, has nearly two decades of experience in security operations, administrative governance, and regulatory compliance within Singapore's private security sector. Known for his principled leadership and meticulous problem-solving, he is dedicated to elevating organizational standards and fostering operational integrity. Starting his career at Securix Security & Private Investigation Services Pte Ltd in 2001, Fadyl became Managing Director in 2009. He managed end-to-end operations, focusing on manpower deployment, client relationship management, and regulatory alignment, consistently meeting Singapore Police Force Licensing Division requirements. Now at SecureOne Solutions, he uses his experience to guide the company's strategic vision. Under his leadership, the agency is committed to strong governance, transparency, and client-centric protection solutions, exceeding client expectations and industry standards.
Mohd Naazhry Bin Abd Aziz
Director
Started out as a Security Officer at the age of 18 years old back in 2007. In 2011, he was given the opportunity to progress up in ranks – achieving Managerial Position in less than 2 years. In 2016, he set up a company – DEMS Associates Pte Ltd, to provide disaster & emergency management solutions as well as consultancy for regional clients. In 2018, he was hired as an Operations Director for a startup Security Agency named Uniforce Security Services. He was responsible in overseeing the Operations & Compliance Department. In 2020, he was given the opportunity to lead the SICC (Soverus Integrated Command Centre) & Security Solutions Department which prioritizes the integration of technology together with manpower services at various assignments that are under contract to his organization. In 2023, he received the Model Worker Award at the NTUC May Day Award for his contribution to the Security Industry as well as his guest speaking roles conducted at ITE College West & Assumption Pathway School.
Khairil Anwar Bin Anuar
Operations Director
Khairil started his career in the industry in 2013. Working at Keppel FELS, constant training and good work performance has allowed him to be promoted to be a Security Supervisor. In 2017, he was given the opportunity to manage his own team of Unarmed Security Personnel at Titanium Safety & Security Pte Ltd as an Operations Executive. His excellent work ethics and excellent operations deliverance earned him being headhunted to join Prosegur Singapore as an Operations Executive for the Traffic Management Officers. His career progression didn't end there. Recognized for his leadership qualities, competent communication skills and engaging personality, he was given the opportunity to join a newly established security firm in 2023 as a Director – Silverstar Safety & Security Pte. Ltd.
